This requires you to be playing Rallycross online.
The best way to do this and not ruin your race is to have a big lead and take the Joker on the last lap and come out in the lead, but the easiest way to do this is simply take the Joker when you're already in last place.
By taking the Joker when you're last, you're guaranteed to not lose places and the achievement will pop soon after you rejoin the track.

Unlike the A.I., actual people can be quite inconsistent in a rallycross race. You can capitalise upon this if the people behind you make a mistake by taking your joker lap. If you manage to exit the joker section without losing a position you should unlock this trophy. Alternatively, taking the joker lap while in last place should also unlock this trophy.
