How to unlock the Showdown Haulage Co. achievement in DiRT Showdown - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be done in an online private game
Invite a friend to lobby from xbox live main menu
Click solo playlists and choose party playlist
When asked to pick either public or private choose private
Wait or veto to get Transporter mode
Let your friend deliver 5 Flags (i dont think there will be enough time for both people to deliver 5)
after the game veto the game modes to get Transporter again and swap over

I had enough time to get it with both my accounts (regular and dummy account). So it is possible. Just depends on the course and placement of flags

In a Transporter round get the flag and then drive it to the finish location as indicated. Repeat this 4 more times in the same race to obtain the trophy. This CAN be boosted in private online matches!

To play a Transporter round you must be online, grab the flag and then drive it to the finish location that is indicated.
Do this five times in a single match to get the achievement.
This can also be done in private online matches.

Online trophy. You just need to bring the flag to the control point five times. Easily done with a friend in a private game.
