This one is achievable through both career and championship game modes, not just career.
If you plan on finishing career, you'll get this achievement anyway.
If you're not into career, select the Championship game mode and choose National. This consists of 5 to 7 races.

I did it didn't show up. Later realized that it has to be done in CAREER, not in CHAMPIONSHIP mode!! LOL!!

That's odd. I actually finished it in Championship mode.
