How to unlock the Tier 2 Career Points Milestone achievement in DiRT - Definitive Guide

Simply come first in every event up to the end of Tier 2 on any difficulty. The achievement will unlock once the game has saved and returned to the event select menu.

Just race every event on rookie difficulty and you will easily win every event. the achievement will unlock after You win the last event in tier 2. (assuiming you have won every race before that)
