***SPOILER ALERT***
The easiest way I found for this is as follows ....later in the game you have to return to castle hale and it's again overrun by second woken....sadly you old friend "Mathieu the bard" had been killed and re awoken ....you get the option to end his suffering ....do so and you enter a battle with just him as one lone zombie lvl 45ish no back line or nothing so it makes this achievement a doddle

Really easy. There are many optional early battles with low level enemies that you can save for later. Just continue playing the game until you're much stronger, then return to an easy battle.
