Selecting dialogue options with a heart icon are flirty/romance choices and occasionally will lead you to special moments. Sometimes one choice can lead to this, other times you need to have selected the heart icon choice multiple times for the special moment to trigger.
This should unlock naturally as you play unless you're specifically not choosing any heart icon choices.
There is an easy one that just takes one heart icon choice in Heurik. There's a succubus next to a pile of bodies on the west side of the area. Talk to her, select the heart icon option when it comes up, and the achievement is yours.
