How to unlock the Oracular Echoes achievement in Dishonored 2 - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be earned in mission 5. Once you get into the museum, you'll find a large open room with multiple levels of balconies and witches patrolling at various points. On the balcony on the second floor is a large device with glowing paint around it. Once you've eliminated the witches (otherwise they'll attack when you start), pull the lever on the side of the device. This will play the first "echo" which is a memory of a conversation from the Sisters of the Oracular Order. Repeat this two more times to unlock the achievement.

In the Conservatory on the 2nd floor is a machine among the books. Either be ready for a fight or take out every witch in the area before you activate it. You need to do it before you swap out lenses.

This can be achieved in Mission 05: The Royal Observatory

It is important to note that you shouldn't do this in a ghostly playthrough as you automatically attract all the attention of the witches when you take the first step for this achievement, so either manual save before attempting this or wait for your murderfest

Once you reach the observatory, there'll be a room where there's a ton of blue markings. It is on one of the upper floors of the observatory. In this room, there is the ocular device which you can use to take the nonlethal route for this mission. You need to pull on the lever three times for the ocular device to get this achievement. Each time you pull on it, you'll hear some voices. The first time you pull the lever, you will get aggroed, so just be aware of that. Once you pulled the lever three times, cheevo pops.

This achievement can be earned during Mission 5, The Royal Conservatory.

After gaining access to the Conservatory, make your way to the right-hand side of the building; you will soon find yourself inside a large three-story, atrium-like room. For the purposes of this achievement, it would be best to eliminate all of the witches inside this room before interacting with the Oracular device on the second floor (the device is quite large and hard to miss). Once the witches have been dealt with, interact with the Oracular switch and listen to the voice that fills the room. Pull the lever a second time after the voice ceases, then a third after that. The achievement will unlock after listening to all three voices.

NOTE: This achievement must be done before obtaining and installing the new lens into the device, that is, assuming you are going the non-lethal route in dealing with Ashworth. Additionally, though not entirely necessary, this is best done during a lethal High Chaos playthrough since it's preferable to have the Witches in this room eliminated before interacting with the Oracular three times. If they are left alive when you go to interact with the machine, they will become alerted and they will attack you.
