1. You cannot be detected by a single entity upon entering the clockwork mansion.
2. You cannot activate any levers within the house as that will alter Jindosh that you are in the house.

Head into the side behind-the-scenes hallway and follow it all the way to the end, blinking up into another hallway and onwards. You'll come to a room with a skylight, with open windows in the floor. Go past it and to the windows on the back wall. Carefully open one and use your crossbow to quietly eliminate the guard. Go through the window and take out the guard in the hallway to the right. Go in that direction, into the next room, and through it to the exterior balcony. Go to the end of the balcony, and blink onto the outside of the building and down to the lower area. There is a hatch you can open and head through the wall. Take the elevator to the top floor.
When you exit the elevator you will find yourself in the top balcony floor of the lab, with Jindosh pacing around a desk over to the right and a clockwork soldier patrolling between the desk and the doorway where you are. When the soldier is facing the other direction, use blink to move around the circular balcony to the left and then up onto the higher platform. Move in the direction of Jindosh.
From here you can reach him with your crossbow, one or two quick strikes will kill him and unlock the achievement. If you want to go nonlethal, use a sleep dart to knock him out, head over (avoiding the gaze of the clockwork soldier) to him, pick him up, and quickly go over the balcony and down to the floor of the main lab. Follow the directions to put him in the electrical chair, reduce the power of the other panels to allow you to turn on the chair, and then use it on him. The achievement won't unlock until he's completely disabled with the chair.
Alternatively, save and kill him to get the achievement, then reload to continue the non-lethal approach.

Once you arrive inside the mansion, go through the first door and look up. Break one of the left top windows, a nearby bottle of Pear Soda works well, and Reach up. Follow the narrow path until you reach some big pipes.
In the next room behind some windows are 2 guards. One patrols back and forth through a set of double doors, the other one back and forth in front of a clockwork soldier and a big room. Be careful and don't get spotted. Take your time and peek out to take them out one by one.
Turn right at the clockwork robot. Enter the top of the locked door and sleep dart the guard you can see from there. Take care of the guard that you can see once you have crossed the room and then call the elevator. Take the elevator to the top floor. Make sure you Far Reach to the top of the elevator as it comes to a stop, there are two guards here.
Be careful here again and you won't have much trouble. Take the door at the end of the hall and use Far Reach to get from this area to the next one. Open the hatch and enter the elevator, once again taking it to the top floor. Stay out of the elevator doorway and wait for the clockwork to stop looking for you.
The Clockwork robot is patrolling on the right, so go left in the circular room (using the high machine to get to a long shelf) and look for the perfect moment to take out Jindosh before he notices you. Shadow Walk works well to get you over there for a Stun Mine zap. You can also hit him with a sleep arrow or crossbow bolt. If you didn't kill him, you have to go down one floor to put him in the chair. Select Anatomy and Optics.
Be careful of the clockwork down there. It might be the same one from above, if you didn't do anything to it.

This achievement can be earned during Mission 4, The Clockwork Mansion.
After entering the Jindosh Mansion, you will turn right and enter a large parlor-like display room. Normally, you would need to activate the lever on your right in order to reconfigure the room and gain access to the rest of the mansion; however, for this achievement, you cannot pull any levers at all because it alerts Jindosh of your presence in the mansion. What you'll need to do is look up at the ceiling and use your crossbow to shoot out a window pane in the skylight. Using Blink/Far Reach, you can now climb up onto the "roof" of this room and proceed to make your way through the mansion's inner walls, using blink when necessary to reach the higher levels.
Eventually you will come to a wall with three windows. On the other side of this wall are two guards; open a window and deal with the guards stealthily as to remain undetected. Keep in mind that getting detected at any point will void the achievement. Hitch a right in this room once the guards have been dealt with, move down the hallway and pass through the next room and out onto the balcony. Jump off the balcony and onto the metal pipes below, following them to the small landing on the right side of the mansion's outer wall. Crawl through the hatch on the landing and use the elevator in the small room you emerge within to reach the fourth floor.
Past the open doorway right in front you is a circular balcony that overlooks Jindosh's lab. The man himself can be seen on the far right, as well as a single patrolling Clockwork Soldier. Depending on your playstyle, use whatever means necessary to eliminate Jindosh quietly and, preferably, from afar (a crossbow bolt, a sleeping bolt, etc.). The achievement will unlock once Jindosh has been eliminated.
NOTE: This achievement cannot be paired with a "No Powers" playthrough since you will not have access to Blink/Far Reach in order to escape the first parlor undetected.
