You can get this on Mission 4 (The Stolen Archive. Go to where the Oraculum was located inside the Royal Conservatory in Dishonored 2. (You'll know you're in the right place if you find several open coffin like things with skeletal things inside them.) In the room they're in there are four of the smoke lantern things the Overseers are fond of. Break all four by hitting them with your sword (they will stop emitting smoke rather than actually breaking). Once you do, you will begin hearing voices and the achievement will pop.

Mission 4, simply take out the sisters hanging out in the covered room where their creepy dead sisters are, mop some sconces with your sword to tell them whose boss, and then wait a moment. As before their voices are as creepy as their messages.
Now feel free to blow up all those bodies you've been story at the bottom of that elevator shaft for that contract.

You can earn this in mission 4. On the third floor of the museum (to the right if entering from the front of the building) is a large open room, with the elevator at the far end, a closed security room requiring a special key, and a tented area with two blind sisters in it. This tented area also has a few open coffins, blue glyphs written on the floor, and the like. Inside this tented area are four smoking censers. Hit each one with a sword (it won't break, but the smoke will stop) to star the prophecies and unlock the achievement.

This achievement is obtained during Mission 4, The Stolen Archive.
After finding your way into the Conservatory, make your way to the second floor and into the center of the building. You should find yourself inside a large, three-story, atrium-like chamber. Your goal is to enter the enclosed space on the left hand side of the floor (this direction is given assuming you are facing the elevator). Inside this enclosed space, there are two Blind Sisters on patrol. Eliminate them by any means and then destroy the four Oracular urns emitting smoke. Voices will fill the room once the last of the urns is destroyed, and then the achievement will unlock shortly afterwards.
