It is important to notte that the earliest you can attempt to get this done is after you have obtained the twin blade from the bank heist. This allows you to use void strike, which can be used simply by holding down left mouse button until your new sword starts to glow and then release.
There's plenty of opportunities to do this, but I find the most convenient place to do this as you don't have to travel out of the way to do so is in Mission 05.
1. In the second group of people that you encounter, you will notice that there is a single woman patrolling a rooftop on the left-hand side. This is your target.
2. Make your way up to the rooftop where she is at undetected.
3. Prep yoru void strike until the girl is standing still at the ledge
4. Unleash your strike and watch her fall off the roof.
5. Cheevo popped.
