This is attained during Mission 05, and it is missable. This is attained at the last sequence of the game, when you meet the outsider's real form in ritual hold.
1. Go up the outsider and interact with him. Choose the 'no one deserves this option'
2. Talk to daud.
3. For daud's choices, just spam the top choice as those are the non-lethal options. There should be three total prompts from daud, just pick all the top ones and he will eventually spare the outsider.
4. Cheevo popped.
