This is achieved in mission 02. The specific location for this is in Shan Yun's house which is located to the left of the Spectre Club.
1. Go to the second floor.
2. On the second floor, you'll notice a room with electric floor. You cannot simply remove the whale oil tank as that removes the security measure, which this achievement requires to be active. Instead, you can just shoot the glass case.
3. Port in and grab the audio file.
