How to Unlock OG+
After completing the campaign once with Billie's og powers: displace, semblance, and foresight, you will unlock og+ mode.
You will be able to start a new og+ campaign from the campaign menu, this will consume a save slot ofc.
What is OG+
With og+ absolutely nothing carries over and the fundamental game systems such as bonecharms, black markets, and lack of runes remain the same.. The only difference is that you no longer have access to semblance, displace, and foresight. Instead, og+ makes you go through the game with blink, dark vision, and domino. These are upgraded to the full D2 capacity, so blink is extended and freezes time when standing still etc.
Personal Suggestions
I would highly suggest you get all of your achievements done in the first pt with Billie's og powers. This game is designed with her new powers in mind, so it is much harder or even impossible to do some stuff in og+ that you could do in og. This includes certain achievements such as nightingale.
In particular, I would suggest you make your first pt a shadow and mercenary work run as the use of semblance in particular lets you breeze by hordes of enemies while your replacement domino can leave you exposed in the same situation.
