Dishonored: Death of the Outsider

The earliest point you can attempt to do this is in Mission 02. These instructions will be based on doing this in Mission 02.

It is important to note that you will need a black market upgrade in order to pick up fountain pens and use them as ammunition. The upgrade in question is called 'makeshift volts' or something along those lines and costs 500 to purchase.

1. Get your black market upgrade listed above

2. Make your way over to the tattoo parlour

3. Empty out all of your voltaic bolts. Maybe a good idea to save before doing this unless you don't mind wasting rss.

4. Beside the book you need to pick up in order to progress the story, you will notice that there is a pen laying on the desk. When you hover over it with the black market upgrade, you will see it be labelled as 'Voltaic Shot' so don't be surprised if it's not labelled as a pen. Just pick that up.

5. Now go and find a guard and shoot him in the head. Make sure its a headshot that kills him.

6. Cheevo popped.
