How to unlock the Public Shaming achievement in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider - Definitive Guide

This is attained during Mission 02. You will find Ivan Jacobi in the plaza.
1. The specific location that achievement is achieved in is accessed on a left hand side (facing Ivan Jacobi) stairway that is leading down.
2. You can safely access that stairwell by using the face of an npc. Best to avoid conflict in this area or it could send Jacobi running and you'll be fucked.
3. There'll be a guard once you reach the bottom of the stairs, so dispose of him however you wish.
4. You'll notice in the hallway area that there is a trapdoor above you which you can just peek out of, and there's a switch beside it.
5. Look out for Ivan's shoes above the trapdoor through the little slits.
6. Once you see the shoes, press the lever and see him break his body.
7. Cheevo popped.
