How to unlock the The Perfect Crime achievement in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider - Definitive Guide

I'm just going to link this video guide because its a fucking zoo trying to explain this in text. Just want to let you know for those that are wondering:
1. You can get party crasher and still count as perfect crime
2. You can also get obsessive safe cracker
3. You can get all the bank related contracts done no problem
4. You can get all the paintings in the bank no problem as long as you don't touch any guards at all.
All of this I can confirm as I did everything there was to do in the bank on a perfect crime run. (Not including all loot, just shit needed for cheevos).
Notes about the video: It is important to note htat if you follow the video exactly, you will only unlock Perfect Crime and Party Crasher. It is not shown how to unlock all the vaults for obsessive safe cracker, how to do all the contracts, and the painting locations. However, with some simple youtube searches or forums wtvr, you can chain some knowledge together and get everything done all in one run so then you can just breeze thru on og+ without worrying about any of this stupid shit.
