Don't kill anyone and be sure if there is a possibility that your actions might result in a death to save first. For example, in the Eminent Domain mission, there is a window with a grenade launcher. It is possible, if you don't move the bodies closer to the building before you climb up to the window, that the grenade launched when you trigger the trap may kill one of the unconscious people.

I highly recommend upgrading your Dark Vision power immediately so you can see enemies through walls.

Pretty much the same requirements as the main games “Clean Hands” achievement. You can’t kill any people even inadvertently (you knock someone out and their body slides off the roof and they die or you leave their body on the ground in a spot where rats can eat them alive).

I had a bit of trouble in the first mission as I had rats spawn in and eat some of the unconscious guards. I recommend putting them in a room with the door closed or some place above ground.

This achievement is a bit easier with Duad’s Time-Blink power and his upgrades to the amount of sleep darts you can carry.

Lastly killing animals doesn’t affect the achievement, so rats, dogs, and even putting that Whale out of its misery are all free game.
