There are several ways to provoke suicides, the most well known one from the trailers being to wait until a guard shoots at you, freezing time, possessing him and moving in front of the bullet. I found this very difficult.
A much easier one is to fry people in a Wall of Light. Unfortunately, this does not seem to work with rewired walls, as _you_ have rewired the wall and hence _you_ have killed anyone who walks into it.
The best location is therefore the Wall of Light in the entry hall during 'Lady Boyle's Last Party'*. Possess guests and run them up close to the wall then jump out - they will stagger forward a step or two to vomit and get fried by the wall. You have an ample supply. Just don't be seen by a guard possessing one of them (as it triggers their alert response and the Overseer with the giant music box will make life difficult - you could first possess and deal with him if you like). Save after every kill and you should be fine. In addition, you cannot rewire this wall, so you must suicide guests into it, as guards and the three Boyle women will not trigger it.

This really is about the only place to get this achievement because it needs a large supply of civilians to walk into a wall that you haven't rewired. I found it best to possess both the wall guard and the overseer and walk them upstairs to knock them out. You may have to get rid of one or two of the upstairs guards as well to help with this process.

Also want to add you can possess the guards, take them to the whale oil closet next to the alarm / wall, and knock them out there. The key to the door is on the guard in the main entrance hall.
The closet is TRESPASSING though. So make sure you get in and out quickly and keep the door closed as maids and guests can become suspicious and alert.

I recommend doing this at the Wall of Light in Lady Boyles Party:
1, Do not posses the Guards/Maids the Walls of Light are programmed to allow them to pass freely
2, Make sure you only possess a party guest.
3, Do not walk your possessed person into the Wall of Light you will die, walk up as far as you can then jump out.
4, Save after each successful possession.
5, If the guard near the Wall of Light sees your weapons 3 times he will be raise the alarm, try to quietly assassinate him.

The easiest way to get this done is in Mission 05: Lady Boyle's Last Party. You will need Possession rank 2 or you won't be able to possess humans.
1. Enter the party hall with all the guests.
2. Possess the guard standing in front of the wall of light and walk him over to the far right hand side room.
3. Interactr with e control room door which will unlock it and walk in and deal with he guard however you wish.
4. Go back to the party hall and possess the Overseer with the music box. Wawlk him to the same control room and deal with him.
5. Now start possessing party guests. An important note is that the Boyle's, maids, and guards will not work for this.
6. Walk up to the wall of light, but just before you get to it, unpossess the guest which will throw them into the wall.
7. Repeat four more times.
8. Cheevo popped.

1. First take out the Overseer with the music box and the Guard with Possession into the closet that holds the Oil Tank.
2. Go to town on the Civilians and the Trophy will pop.
