All you have to do to get this is: Use the Possession ability on a rat and just stay in a rat tunnel for the 3 minutes. You will not be "kicked" out from the body.

Welp, that was easy. 
Possessed a rat, went into the tunnel & left the game to make breakfast. Came back & went out the tunnel, the achievement popped straight away.

There are two methods to earn this achievement a legitimate method and an exploit
Exploit
Purchase Possession 1 & Find a small rat vent in the base of a wall.
Possess a rat.
Run into the vent and stay there for 3 minutes. (You will never be kicked out of the rat while you are in the vent).
The achievement only unlocks when you re-enter your own body, so don't stay in the vent for 10 minutes waiting for it to pop.
Legitimate Method
After purchasing the Possession power, find a swarm of rats or a crowd of people (possession 2 required). Boyles Party is great.
Make sure you have at least 6 - 7 Mana Vials (equip bone charms which aid in mana regen/consumption etc). Make a save before you begin.
Cast possession and wait to be kicked out.
When you return to your body, Immediatly re-cast posession & enter another body. Rats & Fish die after possession which is why you need a swarm. Humans start vomitting and take time to recover.
Keep possessing bodies. You will use loads of Mana so make sure you have plenty of mana and plenty of bodies.
When you reach the 3 minute mark the achievment will pop once you return to your own body.
Reload your save to get your mana back.

This can be easily achieved in conjunction with 'Creepy Crawly'. I would recommend the following powers:
-Possession Rank 1 (3 runes)
-Devouring Swarm or whatever the ratty bois are called (3 runes)
In missions 2 and 3, there is a very easy way to find a rat vent for Creepy Crawly. In the distillery (Slackjaw area), you will find a room that requires you to either blink above a vent to get into or turn a valve and slide into. If you know where the blueprint is in Mission 03, it is that same room. In that room, there is a section that has red lighting. In that section of the room, you will notice that there is a broken vent that only rats can fit into. When I was there in mission 03 high chaos, there were no rats so I pulled out the ratty bois and possessed one of them. As a rat, climb into the little vent and stay there for 3 minutes in order to get the inhabitant's achievement. After the three minutes are up, climb out of the side you didn't crawl in through to get the 'Creepy Crawly' achievement.

Best way to do this is to possess a rat, then go into a rat tunnel. Wait out 3 minutes in the tunnel. Then, exit the tunnel and the trophy will pop.
