Would "knock out a bunch of guys and then aggro Slackjaws thugs" been that hard to spell out?

Ok.......this is how I got this just now!! I'm pretty darn sure you need to do Granny Rag's mission in mission 2 to poison Slackjaw's elixir stall before weepers appear in the distillery......
In Mission 3 The House of Pleasure in the Distillery, if you release the weepers from the cages, there may be a VERY good chance you will get at least ONE thug killed by another thug while they are trying to kill the weepers.....this DOES NOT ruin your no kills/no alert run....
BUT here is an excellent spot to get 4 more JUST TO POP THE CHEEVO!! (Just in case you are on a no kill/no alert run) This way you can use this method to get the achievement, then reload your save...
In Mission 4 - The Royal Physician....get through the very beginning part til you ride the rail car in the warehouse....get off the rail car and make a save!!!
Get the attention of the captain in the guard house below you to your right.....now the trick is to try and keep another guard between you and the captain when he aims his gun so he shoots the guard instead of you...there are four guards here besides the captain....if the cheevo pops after the captain kills 3 or 4 guards, you are golden!! If not, it means you didn't get any thugs killed by another thug in Mission 3.....just reload your save, no harm, no foul......
On the bright side, even if you are on a high chaos run, this still helps get you 4/5 kills anyways!

This can be easily achieved starting from Mission 02: High Overseer Campbell..
1. I found the easiest place to do this was in Distillery (home base of the Bottle Street Gang/Slackjaw HQ).
2. All you needa do for this is knock out 5 thugs whether that be through sleep darts or choking up to you.
3. Pile up the five unconscious but not dead thugs in a little pile. I've seen people pile them in a row, I found it easier to just make them into a single pile.
4. Then go and pull aggro from other thugs. If they don't aggro you on sight, then go and choke one halfway.
5. Once you got aggro, run your ass back to the mountain of bodies and run around them until the thugs kill their own homies with explosions/fire.

WARNING: You have to do this in one Level!
You only need one Ability, which is the ability to move your Legs.
You don’t need Possession or any other Abilities. The easiest/best way to do this Trophy is to head to Mission 8 (Loyalists).
The best way to do it is: Run out of the building, Blink up and assassinate the Tall Boy. Once you do that just run around and keep one Guard in front of You, in line with another Guard shooting.
I found it easier on this Level because these Guards have more guns on them compared to other Levels.
