Can't miss this really.. during your first sleep, you'll pick up a rune and then when you wake up, equip the heart and you'll see that your room is full of charms! Pick 'em all up!

Got this right away without even realizing it was an achievement, I like that

This achievement is very easy to get. During your first sleep, you'll meet the Outsider and he'll give you a heart. When you wake up equip the heart and you'll see there is 10 bone charms in the room. pick up all of them and the achievement will pop
