Took me around 10-15 tries. Once you have them learned it is literally just luck. Maybe a little bit of map knowledge to know where you can and can't reach easily to be able to move around quickly; but mostly luck. +1

That first jump, my blink won't go far enough.

Hey this isn't an alternative guide but more of a tip/suggestion:
It may be easier to map the to (using the "Ease of Access" in xbox settings) if you're using the 'A' control scheme for the game (probably works with the other ones as well depending on how well you are to adjusting). But at the very least this allows you to be able to 'look', jump, and move at the same time without having to move your fingers (and thumb). Been at this for a few hours before coming to this realization so am going to be trying it out and will get back on how effective it actually is so far though its looking good. I believe its the same button that Dying Light uses for jump so not that hard to get use to if you're played that game.
Sorry for long block of text. Hope it helps some with this shitty achievement.
Edit 1:Will add any other tips/suggests that anyone has that might make this "easier" to get.
Edit 2: Finally got it!. RB as jump is absolutely the best way to get this, it helps immensely with the precise window jumps for the white building and destroyed one. Further suggestions are if your third checkpoint (first random one) is the spawn then just restart the trial, you burn too much time going from one end to the other with no tricky jumps.
