This achievement is for obtaining the Art Dealer's safe combination, but breaking into it before handing it over to SlackJaw.

During the 3rd Mission 'House of Pleasure', you are given the opportunity to complete a few side quests for SlackJaw first.

you forgot to mention you need to find the key to get in art house, now I need to replay again

Untrue, you don't need the key. The balcony door on the second floor is open.

Make sure you pick up everything in the safe before returning to Slackjaw, as simply opening/entering the safe first doesn’t appear to be enough. I must have missed a coin or something else the first time, as I had to redo it again for the achievement to unlock.
