How to unlock the Child Care achievement in Dishonored - Definitive Guide

This is a story achievement which cannot be missed. In the Golden Cat level, once you've entered the brothel, work your way to the top floor. She is found in the middle room. No special keys or clues are needed.

Would this be mission 2 where you can get Slackjaw to take out the Pendleton's or is this a later level?

Story related, can't be missed.

This is one of your main objectives for Mission 3: House of Pleasure. Once you get into the Golden Cat (use the high grounds) you will see stairs leading to various levels of the building. She is at the top floor but you must have a specific key to open the door. This key is held by the madam who is walking around nearby.
