Not being detected in any levels not killing anyone...Low Chaos is basically the Stealth play-through.

Can this one be void by infecting the distillery during Granny Rag's sub-mission?

Not quite sure I avoided that all together, but it might...if anyone can confirm that would be appreciated.

Just to Note, you can complete the Low Chaos ending with a decent kill count still, my play though had a kill count overall of near 50 and i still managed the low rating, ultimately as long as the checks at the end of each mission are fine then you should be OK.

Of Course this may be a glitch I lucked out on, but all my missions bar one had a low chaos rating despite the kills!

That is kinda odd...when I went for high chaos, I got like just 7 kills in one mission...and gave me a High Chaos rating...

This seems to be related to whether or not you choose the lethal/non lethal option for the assassination targets. I had fairly substantial kill counts on one of my playthroughs, but chose the non lethal assassination choices and kept a low chaos rating.

@Bio - Yes you can choke them, but be wary. Not to let someone see their body, and when you put their body down if you are carrying it somewhere try to put it down as gentle as possible. I put a body down once and it somehow killed him from him hitting the ground to hard or the wall or something.

Chaos raises as you kill more enemies, and lowers as you don't kill enemies, and help to save civilians during your missions. You can see where your overall chaos level is by looking at your stats screen after a level, where it will show your total level. This basically means two playthroughs, you're an angel in one and the devil in the other. Either achievement will pop at the end of the post game cinematics, which will alter in regards to your choices in the game.
