Happens after Mission 7 and is unmissable. If you have trouble defeating Black Shuck at the End of Chapter 7 just keep shooting the infinitely respawning goons on the ground with the rocket launcher and they will drop health for you. Around 30% hp he buggered off to hide in the back of the arena and the infinite respawn stopped so be healed up by that time and just play peek a boo with him.
