All that you need to do is to use the direct targeting ability (press RB on a target to have your team kill it). Do it 20 times, achievement unlocked.

This achievement is buggy, it went from 83% back to 55% and will not move. This happened on the 2nd mission. Zoom in with the right joystick and make sure you get the kill and not your squad
