Disney Dreamlight Valley

You have to open the first of Goofy's stalls as part of the main quest, and there is one in every biome. They each sell different items, particularly seeds (useful - there are dreamlight rewards associated with buy X number of seeds from each biome). The stalls are progressively more expensive as you progress through the biomes (the last one costs 5000 to unlock), as should not be a surprise to anyone familiar with Scrooge McDuck's construction business.

As with all achievements in this game, you have to claim the reward from the Dreamlight Duty associated with the goal to get the achievement - in this case, under the Village section.

However, tracking seems to be buggy. I got credit for this seemingly at random, hours after I had unlocked my most recent stall, when I still had two Biomes left to unlock. I don't know what, if anything, it was actually counting.

Reminder: You have to collect the Dreamlight duty associated with the goal for the achievement to be unlocked. -> Dreamlight -> Village
