This achievement can be obtained in co-op split screen or solo*
Later in the story you'll progress to OsTown it will be after Main Street you can take the train there when you fix it for one of the side quest. Green slimmy thinner paint fountain in the middle of the town. Animatronic Goofy will give you this quest. Complete the quest 'Goofy's Fountain Mishap' by helping Goofy or Prescott to earn this. Help out Goofy because he will give you a pin for the Spirit Ghost quest.
Now there are three pumps to activate if you watch the video towards 6:05 it will show you how to complete this for the achievement.
First pump; If you hear and see a little gaget moving up and down next to this house it is ontop of this house just pull it off of the house and into one of the three holes. (If it goes in the river then just use your butterfly tool to help and paint it back to the otherside you'll have to do this for pump 3)
Second Pump; Is on Ortensia house it's pink with hearts on it. Just take the backway from the barn. Then jump then go to her house and push it off the leadge.
Third Pump; Goofy kind of calls out and shows you where it is but if you dont wanna follow him it's in the river next to Moody's house. Use the Butterfly tool to help pull it out and spray paint at it to push to the other side.
