Story related so you can't miss it.
From my understanding there are 3 ways to proceed and get this achievement, when you find Pete Pan blocking the way in Ventureland:
1) Pay Pete Pan 500 E-Tickets - not worth it!
2) Paint all masks which are located in the far right and drop in the Invisible Ink Well. Then you can pass through Pete Pan without him seeing you.
3) Thin all masks in the far right and drop in the Indelible Ink Well. You can then pass through the green waterfall without harm.
Afterwards proceed to the top and once you reach the projector the achievement will pop out.
