Matched Seth's flowers to OsTown's statue

How to unlock the Heads Up achievement in Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two - Definitive Guide

Just to expand on Terraferminator's solution slightly:

On your 2nd visit to Ostown, talk to Goofy and take on the 'Goofy's Fountain Mishap' quest. Ride the lift (turning the crank) in the middle of Ostown down to Ostown Underground. When the lift stops, grab the crank again and ride down one more floor. In this first room, make your way through to the top left of the room to a door where you can drain the room of Thinner.
Jump down to the floor below. Here are the first pieces to the statue. Drag them to the suction pipe on the left wall so they get sent up to Ostown.
Then ride the crank-lift on this floor down to the next floor. My advice here is to choose the left path and grab the Oswald head and put that in the suction pipe. It doesn't matter if you keep going around and put Mickey's head in too as when you speak to Goofy, you can still choose either Hero for the statue.
NOTE: The reason i say to choose Oswald is that i know the Gremlin in the Gag Factory in Ostown will build a Mickey statue for you for 50 Scrap metal afterwards (i'm not sure if he builds an Oswald one for you or not if you decided to build a Mickey one yourself as i had chose to build Oswald on my game).

Return to Ostown the way you came and speak to Goofy to build the statue as stated above.

Now throughout the game, you would have noticed that to complete the Heroes of Wasteland quest, you needed to take photos of hidden Mickeys and Oswalds.
Go to Seth in Mean Street South (he's under the train station, go under the station on the right of the stair case and go straight on, he's in a garden). Choose to show him Oswald photos to match your Oswald statue (if you choose Mickey when you have an Oswald statue built, you will end up missing this achievement and vice-versa).
NOTE: The problem with Seth is that even though he only needs a few photos for the 1st stage, he will take all of your Oswald photos so far from you. So basically, if you photographed all the Oswald spots and gave them to him, he wouldk take them all for the 1st stage of the quest and you'll have no photos to give him for the next 2 stages. So you should go to him everytime you have the required amount of photos for that stage of the quest.

When you have completed the quest (all stages, he will create the Oswald garden; you will see this if you leave Mean Street South and return again).
Head to Ostown and take a photo of the Oswald statue. Return to Seth in Mean Street South and show him the photo to net the achievement.

LAST NOTE: If you spoke to the Gremlin in the Gag Factory to build the Mickey statue alongside your Oswald one, you can still take the photo of the joint-hero statue and whether Seth made a Mickey or an Oswald garden, you will get the achievement. (So this way, you could give Seth the Mickey photos over the Oswald ones).

Hope this helps, sorry it's long-winded. Let me know if it needs any edits instead of leaving Negative votes.
Thanks and Good Luck!

Awesome, I thought I screwed this by fully building the statue and having an Oswald garden! Followed your instructions and pop! Yay!

Glad i could help 'Inky Paws'.
As for you 'The Manic Moose', as soon as you have the required amount of Mickey or Oswald photos for just 1 episode (check your Hidden Heroes quest status), go to Seth and give him the photos. Then get the required amount again (no more than) and go to him etc. It should let you just keep doing that without the episode number mattering.
I did the achievement just before i fought the last boss so i was on episode 3 and i completed all 3 parts of the quest then. Hope that helps.

Do you know how many oswald photos are in the game? Are there exactly 21?

i also made the mistake of collecting more than 7 photos before handing them into Seth. All the guides i've seen finish this quest before episode 3 so there are no photo guides for episode 3. Do you collect any Oswald photos in Episode 3 (Autopia, etc)

Hi, it's difficult to remember as it was almost a year ago since i did this.
I know there are a lot more Mickey photos than Oswald ones but i'm guessing that there should be more than 21 Oswald photos (but that's not a definite fact as i only had to collect Mickey ones in my game).
I used a combination of the IGN Wiki guide and an actual official paperback guide to find them all (although the paperback guide has a few things missing in the game like some of the pins so it's not the best).
Sorry i can't be as much help on the Oswald photos side of things, like i said, i know the way i did it with Mickey photos is a lot easier as there are a lot more Mickey photos.

You will need to complete the side quest 'Goofy's Fountain Mishap' and build the statue first (see Heroes of Wasteland achievement). Once this is done you then need to complete the 'Finding the Hidden Heroes' quest where you take various pictures of Mickey and Oswald shapes.

You MUST make sure that you hand in more pictures of whoever's head you chose to put on the statue. So if you put Oswald's head onto the statue first, hand in more Oswald photos in the beginning. Once the garden images match the statue, take a photo of the statue and take it to Seth in Mean Street South.
