Race the Autotopia Speedway - Completed a race in Autotopia
When you return to Autotopia there is a female cow that will tell you about the race track. Work your way around to a gremlin that will tell you about the closed garage. You have to jump on top to make the cogs spin. Once you open it talk to the gremlin again and he will tell you to collect tires. The first is near you. After that, check every car for the tires. They get scattered in odd places, so check everywhere. Took me two loops to find them all. Check the area above the garage and toward the center of the second area.
You get to practice around the track. It's easy enough but the water jets will slow you down even if you get close and you might get hung up where the road was repaired, it made my car crash into the wall on my practice.
Once you race it's easy enough. I crashed once and hit a couple water jets and still made it with four seconds left.
I heard there is also a demo derby if you do something special in the game. I didn't get it, I got a time trial.

absolutely no way for me to get this it seems. derelict cars piled up in front of the garage. Gremlin Stuffus was released from the cage and disappeared.

Mission bugged for me. Stuffus appears in front of garage, but I cannot speak with him. There is an "A" above his head, but nothing...stupid junk of game.

On your second visit to Autotopia, you'll find a female cow named Gilda. She'll tell you about how Autotopia is a race track that needs to be repaired. Then she'll tell you to visit Gremlin Stuffus to repair it. Walk further down the road to an orange car. Across from it, there will be some trees. Thin them out with 
and bounce off the adjacent car onto the next platform. Here, you'll find Stuffus. Have Oswald shock the cage and then hit it with 
to free him. After a short conversation, he'll head back to his garage. Follow him down the road and into the next area. You'll now have to open the garage. Have Mickey spin the cog on the right while Oswald pulls on the giant pin using the bar protruding from the left side. Then, once you're in, Stuffus will tell you to collect four tires so he can repair the race cars. Various cars around the map will contain tires. Once you have them, he'll repair the cars for you and after a cutscene, you'll start a practice race. Once you're done, quit and you'll be asked if you want to compete in an actual race.
