If you helped Prescott in this task, go and buy the 'Big Bad Pete' pin from the pin trader

You have not mentioned having to go to the museum to activate the spirit.

Yeah. You have to go to the museum to activate the spirit. It’s located in Mean Street North. Once you’re in, simply walk to the far left and find your spirit. Once you talk to it, you’ll unlock the achievement.
