After finishing the Mad Doctor's attic, you will enter a projector which takes you to the Mad Doctor's new ride on Mean Street.
There will be a claw which attacks you. Essentially you run around until it tries to smash you. Once it misses you spray paint (or thinner) into the center of the claw. I found this to be very easy and I used paint. I befriended the claw and it took me under the whirlpool of thinner
Under the whirlpool of thinner, you enter an underground lair in which you will have to fight the Mad Doctor in a large Bot that has blades for legs. You will use thinner on the masks that spin around him. Once these are destroyed, the cog (spinner) you are on starts to sink into the thinner and you need to climb up by jumping on other cogs (pistons).
Once you make it to the top of the platform, the Mad Doctor is waiting for you. Take out the masks again with thinner, after this, Oswald will release the guardian and the achievement will pop. There is a final video and that is the end of the main story line. Followed by the credits. You will be released back onto Mean Street North to wrap up the remaining achievements/quests.
