This is a story achievement.
In the first area, after finding the ten mushrooms, the two bird eggs, participating in the memory game, completing the leaf parchment puzzle, building the light-maker, and lighting the three torches around the wilted hibiscus flower, you will need to find four pieces of a broken torch. Three pieces are in plain view in the main area, whilst one is stuck in a cobweb in a hidden area. The hidden area is at the top right of the screen. Light the torch there, click on the brightened area, and you will find the 4th torch piece there, along with a collectable, the lucky mahjong piece.
Go to the area you just came from, and Tink will put the four pieces of the torch together. Light it, watch the animation, and the achievement will pop.
