To get the trophy and the achievement, you need to finish the three events with a score that puts you at the top of the leaderboard. The score is likely a total of the individual scores of each event. Another thing that can help is if you look at the medals you get at the end of each event. The obvious combination that will get you this is a gold medal in each event. However, as the positions are calculated by scores and not by medals obtained, you can get gold medals in two of the three events and get a silver medal in the third event and still win the competition. For example, if your scores in the Slug Slide and Mouse Polo are good, even if you get a silver in Pixie Cart Derby, you can still win the trophy. One thing though, you must get at least one gold medal in one of the three events for a chance at getting the trophy and the achievement.
