Although technically missable when completing the scenes normally, you'd be hard pressed to not notice the 8 chests as you play through scenes 3-5. Collecting these charms is also required to complete the below achievement:
The Revelry Ready achievement in Disney Fairies Hidden Treasures (Windows) worth 30 pointsBuild all eight of the scepters shown on the old blueprints in The Scepter Workbench.
If you miss any, you can simply replay the scene from the map screen.
