When repairing the flower pulley in Area #1: Tinkers' Nook, you have to put all of the gears from right to left, in order.
The order you need to use is as follows:
Small, Big, Small, Small, Big, Big, Small, Small.
Within a couple of seconds of you placing the final gear, you'll pop this potentially-missable achievement.

I went from right to left but made one mistake...Does mistakes counter getting this achievement?

I dont know. I would assume that if you did the right ones right to left in order you should get it.
