You need to win after 3 rounds. If the rival team scores it don't matter just keep your team score highest at the end. Let your teammate take care of the scoring while you slow down your opponents.
Note: Achievement has to be done after the story

I couldn't get this to unlock during the game you play during the main storyline, but unlocked when I played a game from the side menu.
I wonder if it's because I had 3 bonus goals from the pollen game and those goals disqualify you from the achievement.
