How to unlock the Revelry Ready achievement in Disney Fairies Hidden Treasures - Definitive Guide

Once you get passed the second chapter, you can play the scepter building/matching minigame. In this minigame, you have to pick the right head, body, base, charm, color, and pattern of a staff, in order to match the pre-determined one on the left.
Before getting this achievement, you must have gotten all 8 of the charms from the last three levels' "hidden" treasure chests.
Once you have gotten all of the treasure chests, go back to the main menu, and select the scepter minigame. The only suggestions I have to make it a little bit easier are to play with the sound on, because it dings every time you get a piece (body/head/base/charm) to match. Also, getting the shape, then pattern, then color usually makes it a little bit easier (not that it's anywhere difficult anyway lol).
You have to do this 8 (more - not including any times it was done in story mode) times and the achievement will pop.
