This is the first achievement you get in the Saving Spring episode. It is story-based, and cannot be missed.
After the intro cutscene, you'll have a look left and right tutorial. After you've done this, Chipper the Fairy will arrive. Click her. After a bit of narration, you'll have to find six pairs of dewdrop binoculars. As soon as you pick up the first pair, which is indicated by a large green arrow, this achievement will pop.
