At the beginning of Episode 3 you'll be tasked to pick up 8/9 orange lanterns (which will also unlock Autumn Lights in Disney Fairies Hidden Treasures (Windows)) once you've done so there will be a cutscene where afterwards you'll be asked to inspect the sceptre blueprint cupboard where Tink will need you help to finish her blueprint puzzle.
Once finished you'll need to construct the machine, once its constructed click/tap on cupboard to the left of the window, simply clean away the slime for this achievement, if you do so in one motion you'll also unlock
The Slime Swiper achievement in Disney Fairies Hidden Treasures (Windows) worth 5 pointsWipe away the moonsnail slime from any slimy door handle in a single motion.
