To do this, you need to
a) Beat each level's story
b) Find all 5 sprouts
c) Find all of the Lost Things in each level
The sprouts are the green plant things (5 in each level) and the Lost Things are random objects (marbles, stamps, bottle caps, keys, coins, etc.) in each level (there are 3-5 in each level). The Lost Things kinda stand out, so it's pretty easy to find them in one go through. If you miss anything, you can replay a level in like 10 minutes to re-get them.
