The Pixie Cart Derby mini game is unlocked at the end of Episode, for this achievement you need to navigate through the 3 shortcuts on the course, this is denoted by the 3 blue arrows on the progress line at the bottom of the screen.
The entrances to the shortcuts are at the top of the screen and easy to enter, it doesn't seem like you need to navigate perfectly as I hit a lot of things.
