After searching for ten brown mushrooms and two bird eggs, you will have to play a memory game.
When you click on the mushrooms that you have found, which will be displayed in front of Queen Clarion, you'll have to match objects in the middle of the ring of mushrooms to the objects hovering over each mushroom. The last item will ALWAYS be "The Tinkers' Hammer". When you have matched this at the relevant mushroom, this achievement will pop.
