In the first scene is a sleeping baby mouse in the middle spider hole, just click on it 5 times and the achievement will pop.
Edit: Ok people have commented them not getting notifications for this unlocking, but it has unlocked just check your achievement list and it should be there.

Of note, this didn't 'pop' when I did it, but upon checking my achievements in-game I saw that it was complete.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. It unlocked as it should have, but never gave me the achievement notification. I must have tickled that mouse over 50 times before I got annoyed and looked at the achievements in-game (right click and choose Achievements from runner along the top.) It was then that I noticed the achievement stealth-popped on me.
