The scheme is simple at first glance, you enter the mode, then on the second joystick you create a new guest user, enter the game under him, IMPORTANTLY assign him a team of the same color as yours, then change the user and create a new guest. For the last user, you need to select a team of a different color. However, at some point the game will tell you that you need to enter under the user Guest№ and press X. Try to enter under him, if you can press X and select a hero - everything is fine. Continue, if the game does not respond to X, then you have caught a bug and you need to exit this user on the console. The game will say that the game Guest№ has exited, create a new guest and enter the game again as him.

Repeat until you have heroes selected for all "players" and you have a notification that any of the users must press X. If you do everything correctly, then when you exit to the map selection screen, you will only need to select a map by any of the players and the report will begin, as soon as it ends and the game begins, you will receive a trophy. If at the time of choosing a hero, you have a message that any of the Guests must connect to the control and press X, you will not be able to select a map.
