How to unlock the Playing Favorites achievement in Disney Infinity: Toy Box - Definitive Guide

Fairly obvious this one, but it is worth mentioning that the achievement didn't pop for ages for me but then I realised it was because I was in build mode. Only gameplay while running around with one character works as far as I can tell.

It seems to take longer than 20 mins for this achievement to pop for most people and seems to have to be done in 1 session. Thanks to "K4rn4ge" and "Koding" for help confirming this one.

This definitely took longer than 20 mins for me. Also not sure if it has to be in one session but I loaded up a level and walked around the perimeter without letting go of the arrow key for about 20 consecutive mins and then it popped (not sure if it was a coincidence that it popped then or if the achievement is just cumulative time which definitely took longer than 20 minutes).

Definitely does appear to be a consecutive 20 minutes. I got all of the other achievements with Mr. Incredible and had way more than 20 minutes accumulated. However the achievement didn't pop until I let it sit idle in my Toy Box for 20 consecutive minutes. And I didn't have move or anything. I was AFK the whole time. It popped exactly 20 minutes after I left it alone.

This wouldn't pop until I changed my character to Sully and went idle for 20mins

This achievement does need to be done in one session. I let my character (sully from monsters inc) Sit idle for 20 minutes while i was doing something else on my computer. After a while the achievement did pop but im not sure if it popped up in 20 minutes though.

This achievement requires that you use a single character in-game for a total of 20 minutes and must be done consecutively (i.e. in one session). The only time that counts is that when you are actively in a Toy Box (i.e. not in build mode). Just load up a world and let you character stand there for 20 minutes. There are three free characters to choose from.
