For this achievement it's easiest to unlock if you've already gotten the Graduate achievement, as it unlocks all non-character-specific adventures. For more info see:
This is a Toy Box achievement. Head there and press Start, then go to Travel. From there, choose Adventures. Each character has their own specific adventure so if you really wanted to, you could use each of the three starter characters to play their own specific adventures. But as I stated above, you unlock the majority of them by beating the Mastery adventures first (which takes only about 10 minutes).
Each adventure has its own set of requirements, such as defeat X enemies for a Gold or get lower than this time for a Silver. This achievement is leisurely as the requirements for Bronze are really low. I chose Sully's Paintball (where you merely have to beat 5 opponents), Sumo (where you have to stay on the blocks for a minute) and Off Road. This achievement will unlock when you have three Bronze (or higher) medals.
However, I suggest that you go for the Gold medals on your first run, as this achievement stacks with the other two.
