markiemark1112's solution is spot on. I just wanted to add something helpful if you're looking to eventually complete all the achievements.
The items you win from the vault carry over to Toybox Mode. There are several items that are required for completing feats (you need to complete 25 and 75 for achievements) and the fan is needed for an awesome leveling method (you need to get three characters to level 15). See this solution:

If you have 16 or more spins, then you can use 'Y' to randomize the items in the vault until you see at least one that you need. Then you can use spins until you get it, so with 16 spins, you're guaranteed to get an item as long as it's there to be won. If you've got the patience, then I suggest randomizing the vault's prizes until you see two (or even three!) of these prizes to make your life easier down the road.
As stated, then fan is used for leveling up your characters to 15, so prioritize that.
You need to complete 75 feats for an achievement. These items can be won from the vault and are needed for specific feats:
Super Cannon
Conveyor Belt
The Spinner
Ring of Fire
Elevator
Wall Jump Block
Shrink/Grow Pack
Splash Pool
Also, there are feats specific to these items, but I never saw them a individual vault prizes, so they might be part of a pack:
Soccer Goal
Arch Block
Boost Pad
Launch Ramp

You will earn "spins" as you play the story missions, complete feats, etc.
When you enter the Toybox, step on the yellow space that lets you "spin". Press "X" to spin, rinse, repeat for a total of 10 times to pop this one. Just make sure you have 10 "spins" in the bank.

This is talking about spinning in the Disney Vault. I earned enough spins just by walking around the toybox breaking barrels and finding the little bubble containers to get both spins and enough sparks to go up a level which also earns you spins.
